Development Test Benches
We carry out your individual functional tests and analyses on our highly flexible test benches in order to obtain the necessary information for the development of your components and systems. The necessary load equipment, power supplies and analysers are available for this purpose.

Enviromental Testing
We customize our test bench to your specifications for testing your drive components and parts. In order to offer you an optimal test bench, we utilize our expertise in the areas of design, simulation and calculation, electronics development and our in-house production.
For the simulation of environmental influences, we utilize our extensive equipment, such as:
- High-speed or high-torque loading devices
- Cooling water and oil conditioning (-30°C-130°C)n
- Pressure and volume flow control
- 1000V DC power supply
Project Example:
- Simultaneous testing of 6 externally excited rotors
Certification
To certify your components and systems, we carry out measurements in accordance with the required EU directives (e. g. EU R134, EU R85). To this end, we work closely with testers from the TÜV organization on our test benches.
